Shipping Policies and Info
PLEASE NOTE: Frozen food is only shipped on Mondays.
Important Warning:
We recommend that you select 2nd Day shipping via UPS if you live outside of the Midwest (Midwestern customers see SpeeDee Delivery info below). Long delivery times have been experienced using UPS Ground Service and frozen product may arrive thawed, despite the use of dry ice and insulated shipping cartons. This is especially true if you live in a warm climate but applies to all states during warm months. During summer months, frozen orders should be accepted in person (not left sitting outside by UPS), opened upon receipt and put in the freezer immediately. If containers have thawed, but are still cold to the touch (at refrigerated temps), they can be refrozen. However, we cannot offer refunds for orders arriving thawed outside of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois or in the St. Louis area. Customers accept frozen product at their own risk regardless of what shipping service is chosen.
SpeeDee Delivery Service:
If you live in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois or in the St. Louis area, your order will be shipped via SpeeDee Delivery Service. In most cases your order will only take 1 to 2 days to arrive. We will accept responsibility for packages that arrive destroyed (thawed and warm-to-the-touch) when shipped via SpeeDee Delivery.
