Frozen Food Ship Days
Frozen Food is only shipped Mondays unless special arangements are made ahead of time. Please call us if you are going to select an expidited shipping service such as FedEx 2nd Day or Overnight. We can help you over the phone, to determine if the additional expense for these services will be necessary, depending on our availability to get your order out within those time restrictions.
Shipping Services Offered
If you live in the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois or in the St. Louis area, you may choose to have your order shipped via SpeeDee Delivery Service http://www.speedeedelivery.com/. If you would like us to send your order via SpeeDee Delivery, please call us to place your order over the phone vs. using our online shopping cart, where only FedEx shipping options are offered. You must specify in your call that you would like us to use SpeeDee Delivery Service.
Important Warning
We have been shipping via FedEx Ground Serivce to all corners of the continental United States for 10 years with very few problems. However, we recommend that you, or someone, be available for delivery at the address to which your order is being shipped, especially if you live in a warm climate and/or it is during warmer months. Packages left sitting in the sun or outside in the heat can be destroyed. Frozen orders should be opened upon receipt and put in the freezer imediately.
